National Account Management
What you can expect:
- Design and prepare a Scope of Work (SOW) for each project or service request
- Determine required materials
- Plan and manage all the material orders and deliveries
- Efficiently coordinate and plan manpower
- Monitor inventory of supplies for different jobs or sites
- Plan and place equipment requests when needed
- Manage timely delivery and competitive prices of Materials
- Monitor project progress daily
- Communicate schedule with the local facility
- Work with local facility to minimize disruption to employees and customers
- Coordinate with other vendors and trades hired by others
- Keep accurate records
- Provide weekly reports on project progress and percentage of completion
- Conduct debriefing upon project completion to facilitate improvements in efficiency
