Our History
Deep Roots in Technology
Our experience in technology can be traced back to the 70's. Our principals have been helping clients maximize their technology investments since before networks, the floppy drive, email, or the internet became ubiquitous.
To the left is a HP 930 from 1973. It used cassettes to store programs.
Marketed as a calculator, not a computer; HP rejected Steve Wozniak's (one of Apples founders) proposal to develop "personal computers".
Changing with the times
Through the decades since Apple introduced the first commercially viable personal computer in 1976 we have continued to help our clients adapt and take advantage of new technologies. Our mission is to help our clients evaluate the ever growing voluminous list of emerging technologies to determine which ones most positively and cost effectively impact their business.
Our Focus
Our business focus has changed to areas where we can provide the greatest benefit to our clients. Early on we focused on PC hardware, basic on demand connectivity and seamless voice communications across multiple geographic locations. Today however, those technologies are a given. Successful solutions have shifted focus to low cost high redundancy bandwidth connectivity, customer data acquisition including individual interests, habits, and predictive behavior of customers and employees.
The addition of email, texting, and social media communications to traditional voice has cause behavioral changes in our societal interaction increasing the complexity of customer acquisition and retention.
